Abstract:Economic price index of power system security and economic price index of ancillary service security are presented in this paper according to the rule which transaction should be determined by the both supply and demand sides. The equivalence relations between the supply sides of power system security-the providers of ancillary service and the demand sides of power system security-all the users of the electrical power network are established, and these make the comparison between the security of the electrical power network and the provision of ancillary services feasible, and based all of this, a new optimization method of operation security of power system in power market environment is provided.
