Abstract:This article introduces DSP controlled CO 2 welding short-circuit process control system,short-circuit waveform control method and arc waveform control with PI arthmetic,also it gives welding current and voltage waveforms .The results show that this control method can meet the requirement of welding quality,realize digital control of CO 2 inverter.
