The View of Scientific Development and the Development of Higher Education

Abstract:It is a special meaning to put forward the view of scientific development for promoting the development of higher education of our country. So, with the scientific attitude to proposition of the view of scientific development, we should recognize and deal with the development of higher education since the reform and opening-up in China. Meanwhile, with the view of scientific development as guideline, it is effective to establish the view of scientific development and to propel the scientific development and further explorations of higher education.
