Abstract:Objective:To investigate the CT features and differential diagnosis of ileocecal lesions,so as to improve the accuracy of diagnosis.Methods:40 cases of clinical diagnosis of ileocecal lesions underwent 64-slice spiral CT pre-contrast and enhanced scanning,the CT images were retrospectively analyzed,and combined with operation pathology results to analyze the CT features of different diseases.Results:40 cases of ileocecal lesions:26 cases with malignant tumors(20 adenocarcinoma,2lymphoma,3 stromal tumors,1neuroendocrine carcinoma);14 cases with inflammatory diseases,8 infectious inflammation(including 7appendicitis,1acute severe pancreatitis caused the intestinal wall diffuse thickening);6cases granulomatous inflammation(2 tuberculosis,4 Crohn's diseases),also 2 cases of lymphoma with intussusception.The 64-slice spiral CT clearly displayed the ileocecal lesions characteristics involving the range and the degree of intestinal wall thickening,the enhanced features,the surrounding fat clearance density,the lymph node enlargement,and the metastasis of other organs.Conclusion:The CT features of different ileocecal lesions are different,which is helpful to make a definitive diagnosis.
