Abstract:Objective: To study the methods of clinic diagnosis and treatment for chronic lumbar pain induced by chronic compartment syndrome.Methods:Examination of physical and radiological,determination of lumbar muscle intra-pressure,operative treatment of lumbar compartment and rehabilitation for chronic lumbar pain patient.Results:Symptoms of low lumbar pain,walk distance,ADL,bend forwards and backwards of lumbar are obviously better then one's before operation.lumbar muscle intra-pressure after operation is below 8,175 and 8 mmHg respectively in a state of motionless,during movement and after movement do not over 6 mins.Conclusions:Treatment using operative method for chronic lumbar pain induced by chronic compartment syndrome is effectively.
