Isolation of Puerarin from Pueraria lobata and Determination by HPTLC

Abstract:Puerarin was directly isolated in 1.15% yield from the roots of Pueraria lobata by extraction and hydrolysis. The purity of puerarin was determined by HPTLC to be 97.6%.
