Abstract:ABSTRACT Introduction: Due to the fierce confrontation, high intensity, long duration, and high technical and tactical requirements of modern football, this sport puts forward higher requirements on the physical function of the athletes. Objective: To further explore the importance of physical training based on expounding the concepts of physical fitness and physical training. Methods: The article uses literature research, expert interviews, questionnaires, observations, measurements, mathematical statistics, and other research methods to explore the physical characteristics and training of Chinese football players. Results: The physical training of football players should conform to the specific characteristics of football. This sport requires combining technical and tactical training, psychological training, and academic training of football matches, which must be developed simultaneously. Conclusion: The purpose of physical training is to improve the functional capabilities of athletes to a certain extent, exploit and develop the athlete’s athletic potential, and effectively maintain this functional ability. Abstract:In order to understand the progress of international football research in recent years, to clear up the hot spots, key institutions and key authors of international football academic research, and to promote international cooperation and exchange in Chinese football science, HistCite is used to analyze the research results of football in the core set of Web of Science from 2010 to 2016. There are 3402 articles in English, 8309 authors, 671 journals, 5113 keywords, 2810 research institutes and 91 countries. International football academic frontier focuses on the physical ability of teenagers or professional players (especially running ability), fatigue and recovery, injury, formation change, technology application and so on. In terms of research methods, comparative experiments, video analysis, investigation and observation are the main methods in the world, while GPS and remote sensing positioning techniques are seldom used in China. There are many international academic journals related to football, and the key journals are relatively concentrated. There is little relationship between the distribution of scholars' nationality and the level of football competition in the country. Chinese scholars are very few and mainly Hong Kong writers. At present, the author, academic institutions cooperate with each other and exchange is the norm of international football, and the development space of Chinese football academic circles is huge.

Abstract:The paper takes the high-level sports teams of South China University of Technology school for example to study the running patterns of College Athletic Teams through literature review,comparison,questionnaire investigating and interview.The research found that the results of College Athletic Teams are outstanding,whether the employment status or the work performance of students.It also discovered a series of problems of College Athletic Teams.It concluded that the running of College Athletic Teams is necessary and feasible and proposed the running patterns of College Athletic Teams : the national sports administration should implement the sports powerful nation policy of "Combination of Sports and Education",stimulate primary and secondary schools to run sports team and enhance the overall supervision of the running quality of College Athletic Teams.

Abstract:This paper summarizes excellence graduate papers from 2000-2007 through the CNKI,finds out problems on football researches of the graduate groups and different school chief arguments,research situations,focused thesis and developing trend,provides some references to the equilibrium development of degree papers on football researches.Conclusions:the paper focuses on the football history,basic thesis on football sports,football skills and tactics,instruments and equipments in football sports,football teaching,selection of athletes,basic researches etc.It presents the following features:First,the football research group of graduates is becoming larger and larger,researches on football develops steadily,the number of papers presenting increases and presents rapidly and good developing trend.Second,the intercross researches between other subjects and physical education subject becomes commonly,contents of science and technology getting higher.Third:the research field becomes larger and larger,involved with literature,arts,economics,law,physical education,education,news and broadcasting,statistics,electrommunication and regeltechnik,mechanical engineering,computer science and technology,mechanics,maths,principles of management etc.From now on,the intercross researches with different subjects and multi-level are the trend of football research.

Abstract:ABSTRACT In 2008, our country successfully held the Olympic Games, where China won the most gold medals. After these Olympic Games, China has also become a world sports power. Our country’s table tennis, diving, skating and other sports are also in the leading ranks in the world. In this study, according to the current training status of Chinese football players, we used data mining algorithm to analyze the unawareness of acceleration and speed of Chinese athletes in the running process. In this study, these indicators were quantified and analyzed, which has successfully promoted the training level of Chinese football players.

Therefore, it is urgent to improve the special ability and physical quality of athletes and optimize and adjust the training methods. In view of this, this paper mainly based on the energy supply characteristics of sprint in track and field, aiming at the shortcomings in the training process, discusses the countermeasures to deal with the problems in order to ensure the systematization and scientific nature of sports training. Improve athletes’ speed endurance and beauty sensitivity.

Abstract:With the development of our economy, people pay more attention on the sports. Basketball is one of the most popular sports. Aiming at the training of basketball players, this paper first describes the method of speed training, which is discussed from three aspects of displacement speed, reaction starting speed and action speed; secondly, analyzes the strength training method from the peak power training, quick-strength training and endurance strength training; and finally uses the method of scientific statistics to describe the physical fitness of the players by figures and charts. This paper has a certain positive effect for basketball players and coaches.

Recreational Football Training Improved Health-Related Physical Fitness in 9-to 10-Year-old Boys

Abstract:BACKGROUND: Recreational football is an aerobic/anaerobic intermittent sport with altering exercise periods at high or low intensity. Various football drills and body movement in this exercise may easily attract children to take part in. The purpose of this study was to test the hypothesis that recreational football training would improve the health-related physical fitness in healthy 9- to 10-year-old boys, compared to the outcome from non-exercise boys. METHODS: Forty boys were randomly allocated into the football and control groups. Body composition, predicted maximal oxygen uptake, heart rate responses during submaximal exercise, running ability, muscle strengths, and body balance and flexibility were measured before and after the experimental period. No dietary modification was suggested to the boys in this study. RESULTS: Following 10 weeks of recreational football training, the football group achieved significant improvements in body fat% (-2.42%), fat mass (-0.93 kg), abdominal fat (-0.06 kg), 50-meter run (-0.9 s), long jump (+7.6 cm), core muscle strength (front bridge increased by 10.9 s and side bridge increased by 5.6 s), and body balance (single-leg standing time increased by 5.2 s). The heart function during submaximal exercise and predicted maximal oxygen uptake were also significantly improved in the trained boys. There were no changes in these variables of the control group. There was no sport injury occurred during the training program. The daily energy intake was not changed for all boys before and after the interventions. CONCLUSIONS: The 10-week recreational football training is an effective method to improve the health-related physical fitness in 9- to 10-year-old boys.

Abstract:The match formation is the football player’s position arrangement on the field, the attacking and defending strength collocation and the duty division form. It is the match tactics important constituent. This study took the three most commonly used match formations (4-5-1, 4-4-2, 3-5-2) of the 2018 FIFA World Cup as independent variables and the running performance index as dependent variables, aiming to explore the influence of different match formations on the running performance of players in the team as a whole and at various positions. The research results showed that :1. Teams in 4-5-1 and 3-5-2 formations completed more sprints than teams in 4-4-2 formations. 2.3-5-2 Centre-backs needs to complete more intense runs and sprints, as well as more sprints, than a 4-4-2 Centre-backs. Wide positions in a 4-5-1 formation complete more intense runs and sprints, as well as more sprints, than those in a 4-4-2 formation. The Centre midfielders of 4-5-1 and 3-5-2 get more sprints than 4-4-2; Strikers in a 4-5-1 formation showed a more marked decrease in the intensity of running distance, sprints and sprints in the second half than those in a 4-4-2 formation. 3.The 3-5-2 Centre-backs have a significantly higher proportion of half-court activity than 4-5-1 and 4-4-2, and a significantly higher proportion of running time than 4-5-1; In 4-5-1 and 3-5-2 formations, the Centralmidfielders running time proportion in half court and attacking three zones is significantly higher than that in 4-4-2 formation. Therefore, when each team conducts daily training, it should take into account the different physical needs of different teams and players in different formations and positions.

Abstract:ABSTRACT Introduction: In recent years, China has invested in many international athletics events, and sports development, including new training methods. Objective: Explore effective training methods for speed and strength of runners in track and field events. Methods: 20 runners from the national team were randomly selected into an experimental and control group. The 10 runners in the experimental group were trained by a combination of traditional strength training and core strength training. The control group performed traditional training. All of them were subjected to fitness indicators to perform the tests. Results: There were significant differences in the speed quality index of 60 meters, and 100 meters and the strength quality index of standing triple jump, long jump, and half squat; the experiment in the control group evidenced significant differences in the speed quality index of 30 meters, 60 meters, 100 meters, and the strength quality index of standing triple jump and standing long jump; significant differences between the experimental group and the control group were evidenced in the speed quality indexes of 60 meters, 100 meters and in the strength quality indexes of triple jump and standing half squat. Conclusion: The presented protocol can significantly improve the professional athletic ability of the national team runners, especially the indicators of strength and speed. Abstract:Functional training, since Beijing Olympic Games, from field of medical rehabilitation to field of competitive sports, advanced scientific training concepts and training methods have gradually been recognized by domestic competitive sports workers and coaches. Therefore, functional training should be developed to grass-roots team to lay a solid foundation for sustainable development of competitive sports in our country. In this paper, a complete set of functional physical training program is designed by using methods of literature, expert interviews, experiments, mathematical statistics, and logical analysis. Finally, it is found that functional training can improve physical coordination of men's basketball. And symmetry, flexibility of athletes' ankle joints, thoracic spine, shoulder joints and stability of knee joints and cores have been improved, reducing probability of sports injuries, providing a theoretical basis for innovative scientific training of male basketball players in my country.

Abstract:With the development of intelligent sports in China and the rapid improvement of the strength of colleges and universities, the reform of traditional football players’ header shooting training methods is becoming more and more urgent in order to solve some problems in the development of sports and speed up the intelligent training of Chinese football players. Based on this, this paper studies the biomechanical analysis and training method based on the integration of header strength data of football players. A dynamic header tracking model of football players based on a local search algorithm is designed. The data collection is realized from the aspects of athletes’ header shooting training, skill improvement, physical consumption, and trajectory. The biological data of header shooting power is comprehensively analyzed and evaluated by using a local search algorithm. The results show that the training system based on a local search algorithm has the advantages of high feasibility, high data accuracy, and fast response speed. It can effectively conduct accurate guidance and improve the shooting accuracy according to the biological characteristics of header shooting intensity. This paper studies the biological analysis and training method of header strength of football players based on a local search algorithm. This has certain reference significance for accelerating the construction of intelligent training of Chinese football players.

Abstract:The methods of literature metrology, statistics and logic analysis are adopted to analyze the academic papers on school football ( juvenile football) . School football, as part of school sports is a component of education, aiming at training athletes with various talents for the society. In the process of popularization and improvement, we should mobilize the multi force participation of schools, clubs, society and parents, construction modern youth football concept and culture which take the physical exercise as the means, the basic knowledge and basic skill learning as the key and the promotion of physical and mental health, intellectual development, personality perfection as the goal. On this base, we will foster football-playing population with high level and high quality and train modern skillful football players that are both intellectually and morally well-educated.

Abstract:Professional football has been recently characterized by an increase in game speed and complexity. From this, it follows that football referees also need to improve their skills to keep up with players and adequately respond in various disputed situations. The purpose of this work is to increase the performance indicators of physical fitness and activity of referees during the annual cycle. Most referees prefer the game method. For a football referee or referee’s assistant during a game, physical activity is similar to that of runners/athletes. Football referees are engaged in performance that is more intense, as compared to their assistants, at the international level especially. Such conditions are close to extreme and are characterized by an intense physical load dictated by game duration. This study suggested using athletics in comprehensive sustainable training of football referees. As it turned out, athletics-based training significantly improved the motor activity of football referees.

Abstract:Background and Aim: With the continuous development of the project and the increasing confrontation and competitiveness of this competition, the physical fitness of the players is being given higher requirements. Therefore, the objective of this research was to compare it with the traditional training method. The combination of digital technology and traditional table tennis strength, agility, and quickness training methods are more effective. Materials and Methods: The population used in this research was 120 students at Jing Zhou City Sports School. According to the formula of Yamane, the total was 92 samples. This research introduces the training programs for table tennis players, focusing on the theories of training strength, agility, and quickness. Semi-structured interviews were conducted to determine the training plan, and the final indicators were obtained through a questionnaire survey. The training experiment lasted for 8 weeks. Results: The research results show that: (1) Compared with the conventional lower limb mobility training, the compound training method is better in sports load monitoring. (2) Compared with the conventional lower limb mobility training method, table tennis coaches and athletes pay more attention to the integration of digital technology compound training methods in improving the ability of lower limb mobility. Conclusion: The research findings were: (1) the Effect of compound training on half-meter word test performance, (2) the Effect of compound training on the performance of side slip plus linear sprint test, (3) the Effect of compound training on SJ squat jump test performance.
