Abstract:,Organizational learning is important source of competitive advantage,while external networks,which consist of suppliers,customers,research institutes and colleges,become important approach to organizational learning.Such factors as culture,structure,technology and absorption will affect network learning.Building relative capital,improving relative scope and utilizing hard restriction,such as bargain,institution,will help network learning.To my country,firms should begin network learning from intraorganizational learning,build network relation and alliance based on trust and attach important to culture difference in exchange.
