HBsAg Expression in Eukaryon Cell with T 7 Double Plasmid Transfection Expression System

Abstract:Objective: To study the HBsAg expression in cultured mammalian cells with T 7 double plasmid expression system. Methods: The cultured mammalian cells were transfected with plasmid through lipotransfectamine. HBsAg was detected by DOT-EIA. Results: HBsAg was detected in cultured mammalian cells in 24 h post-transfection at first. Then,it increased to the highest point at 72 h post-transfection. Conclusion: This findings indicate that HBsAg could be expressed in cultured mammalian cells with T 7 double plasmid co-transfection. The mechanism of it is discussed in the paper.
