Abstract:With the development of networking, negotiation of e-commerce faces a new challenge. A web service-based approach for negotiation can improve the extensibility and interoperability of negotiation service. Firstly, the related works including negotiation forms, negotiation process, web services and ebXML are introduced. Secondly, the architecture of negotiation model based on web services is put forward. And the function and implement of the primary component of model are further discussed. Thirdly, the table storage structure for NSRC (negotiation services register center) is presented. Fourthly, an economic-based negotiation strategy for negotiation server is discussed and we get a result about two particular consumer populations. Finally, some problems about completing the model are proposed for the future work.

Abstract:System configuration based on models are important for an IEC61850 substation automation system which is made up of equipments from more than one manufacturer.The system configuration process of IEC61850 substation and the file structure described by substation configuration description language are analyzed.A three-stage implementation plan for IEC61850 system configuration process is suggested based on the problems encountered during system configuration of a substation automation system which is made up of equipments from more than one manufacturer.It is believed that the system configuration of IEC61850 projects could be realized according to the plan of second stage with the endeavor by the IEC61850 implementation organization and manufacturers.

Ebxml BPSS supports the specification of theset of elements required to configure a runtime system in order toexecute a set of ebXML business transactions. Ebxml BPSSdescribes which message should be interchanged and how tointerchange, and provides a set of specification for the process automation. In this study, we propose a federated multi-agentssystem, which can implement the business process, and describea detailed mechanism to apply the BPS to a prototypeimplementation.

Abstract:Based on the agent principles, a two leveled architecture of supply chain management(SCM) was established to integrate the different management systems of the enterprises on a supply chain and to implement the information interchange, the first level is comprised of three function agents which carry out the collaboration and coordination of suppliers, manufacturers and dealers on the supply chain, and the second level is comprised of four interface agents with which the production management module, inventory management module, procurement management module, sale and service management module of different management systems can be conveniently inserted into and removed from the supply chain. The web-based software platform was developed which can support the plug play of different management systems and the reconfiguration of the supply chain.

Abstract:The computer applications of enterprises become deeper and wider with the developmentof the network. A networked modeling system based on J2EE has been developedin the paper. Abstract:An integrated modeling method and its modeling framework were presented. A process modeling method based on workflow were also given. An integrated modeling and a simulation tool system were designed under the support of CORBA software bus. The life cycle of enterprise modeling was extended and a four-phase modeling life cycle was introduced. The workflow model was used as the core of enterprise model. Abstract:The interoperability among the e-business solutions is the key issue for the implementation of seamless e-business and the interoperability of the e-business solutions are determined by the e-business specification on which the e-business solution are implemented. In this paper, the analysis is performed for the technical architecture comparison between cnXML and ebXML, the de facto e-business standards in China and worldwide. The interoperability assurance layers between different e-business specifications are proposed, namely the data layer, the semantic layer and process layer. We focus on the interoperability of data layer, namely the messaging service layer in this research, and through the XML schema comparison between cnMS and ebMS, we propose the interoperability test levels and assurance method for the e-business messaging service layer.
