Abstract:This article reports that testicular biopsies of 64 cases with male infertility were diagnosed for dysspermatogenetic classification. Serum FSH, LH, T, PRL levels were measured by RIA. Immunocomplexes of LgG and IgA in the testis were detected by ABC. The results showed that there were significant differences in serum FSH, LH, T, PRL levels between the severe irre- versible dysspermatogenesis groups, and the control groups. FSH levels increased to 3. 01 and 3. 50 times respectively. LH levels were increased to 2. 59 and 2. 81 times respectively. T/LH ratios were decreased to 1. 06 and 0. 87 times respectively. T levels were decreased significantly to 16. 25 nmol/L and 14. 88 nmol/L respectively (P0. 01). There were 10 cases of hyperprolactin insevere and irreversible dysspermatogenetic groups, and the range increased from 0.21 to 1.47 nmol/L. The results suggest that serum reproductive hormone levels of male infertility could in- dicate the degree of dysspermatogenesis and could be regarded as an important index in determin- ing testicular biopsy. Positive rates of IgG were 71% and 82% respectively and those of IgA were 65% and 75% respectively in severe and irreversible dysspermatogenesis groups. The results sug- gest that immunocomplexes of IgG and IgA in the testis of male infertility could induce dyssper- matogenesis of testis and positive rate could be related to the degree of dysspermatogenesis.
