Abstract:A total number of 6965litter records of reproductive traits of Landr ace,Duroc and Yorkshire pigs collected a t Hangzhou Pig Breeding Farm from 19 96to 2001we re analysed.On the basis of fixed eff ect model,the least sq uares means of the total number born,the number born alive and the litter weigh t at birth were estimated.The result indicated that the influence of the fixed effects of parity,year,season and breed on the three reproductive traits were all highly significant (P0.01).
