Abstract:Through management of transportation, storage, package, order, and site selection, an enterprise can increase its logistics efficiency and therefore increase its profit. In fact, logistics management is a kind of ability of an enterprise, which can be defined as the ability of serving customers with the lowest total costs. This kind of ability is the key to the core competitiveness of enterprises.
