Abstract:Objective To develop a military hospital performance management and appraisal system based on No. 1 Military Medical Project HIS, and to generate performance data to provide references for hospital administrator. Methods The system architecture of B/S combined with C/S was adopted, and Oracle database and Visual Studio 2008 were involved in the system development. Under the guidance of Military Tertiary General Hospital Level Evaluation Standards and Regulations(Trial version) and combined with the authors' experiences in clinical work and management practices, a series of scientific evaluation indexes were determined. Results The system could be used for mining analysis of data and report generating for decision support. Conclusion The system meets the desired demands, and enhances the efficiency and quality of performance evaluation in large hospital.
