On Popularizing the Standard Movements of Aerobic Athletes and the Cultivation of Young Athletes

Abstract:By analyzing the standard movements of the revised Standard of Technical Levels of Aerobic Athletes and based on a primary investigation into the current situation of the young aerobic athletes of China, we have learned that the Standard has been fully popularized within a short time. Yet, from the angle of cultivating young athletes, the lack of training grounds and coaches has become the most prominent issue to be solved. There is no aerobic class in primary and high schools. Analyzing the current situation of young aerobic athletes from several aspects, the paper puts forward the solutions.
