Abstract:A kind of real-time monitoring system is developed, which fits different DCS systems and has a good real-time performance. In this system, the display module runs in web browser as a ActiveX component, which makes it easy to maintain, and a system uses UDP data package to transmit data with a high real-time performance. The system structure and implement method of the real-time display system are introduced.

Abstract:A system for distance monitoring and a seismic experiment controlling was introduced.This system was used to develop the method of a remote pseudo-dynamic test.A network communication platform NetSLab was needed to realize the remote control of the pseudo-dynamic test.Authors used Visual Basic developing the standard open-end single layer structural remote pseudo-dynamic test platform.The pseudo-dynamic test was remotely executed using this program.The application of the program was verified well by test results.

Abstract:Based on the virtual instrument technology, a dedicated test system has been developed for cavity beam position monitor (CBPM). The system consists of commercial nanopositioning stage and its controller, the analog output DAQ card based on PXI and network analyzer. In the LABVIEW environment, software which implemented function of instrument control and data acquisition based on virtual instrument soft architecture (VISA) has been developed. Experimental results illustrated that the test system achieved positioning precision of sub micron which meets requirement of test of CBPM. Also it could serve CBPM signal processing system.

Abstract:Development of a perfect monitoring system is an important way to realize automatic construction of a shield. Modular design method is adopted to construct a control system of a tunneling test bench for large size shields. Water and soil pressures signals are collected with PXI instrument in real time and PLC controllers are utilized to logically control the tunneling test procedure for a shield,Based on Profibus field-bus technology,the system adopts master-slave communication network to realize data interacting among host computer,controllers and the machine to fulfill the site test control. The customer program is compiled with LabVlEW software to realize condition monitoring,parameters setting,data managing and failures alarming etc. A test result shows that the monitor system features stable operation,rapid data transfer,high anti-interference and high reliability.

Abstract:A power monitoring system for the earthquake data acquisition was used in an earthquake station net center to know each station’s power conditions and to carry out remote control for the earthquake data acquisition.With 89C2051 chip as the core,the system used serial interface intercept technology to track the acquisition’s status,resetting the machine in time when it broke down and sending alarm to the station net center.Actual operations show that the system is high in reliability,raising work efficiency of remote-metering digital earthquake station net.

Abstract:Nuclear mass scales measure the weight of materials which absorb and attenuate the nuclear radiation when the low energy γ-ray through it and is a non-contact continuous measurement device with simple structure and reliable operation.LabVIEW as a graphical programming language is a standard data acquisition and instrument control software.Based on the principle of nuclear mass scale measuring system,monitoring software for nuclear scale system is designed using LabVIEW programming environment.Software architecture mainly composed of three basic modules which include the monitoring software,databases and Web services.It achieves measurement data acquisition,status monitoring,and data management and has networking functions.

Abstract:The Lab View,a mature measurement automation software,was combined with SQL Server 2000 as the software platform,based on which a system of vibration monitoring and fault analysis was developed.The proposed system was applicable to the hydropower units,by which the user can observe component's vibration conditioning simply and clearly.With the system's analyzing tools the user can identify the fault source.It was shown by practical application that the system has better reliability and practicability.

Abstract:A software system based on C/S structure is developed for monitoringγ radiation around Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant. The key technology of the system is described and the man functions of the software, including data inputting, data storing, data processing and data displaying, are introduced in this article. It is demonstrated that such software system could derive real-time data from monitoring stations accurately and steadily. The software system can improve the management level and management efficiency of the Environmental Radiation Monitoring department.

Abstract:For more efficient acquisition and analysis of ultrasonic signals, and for reducing the difficulty of signal processing, the characteristics of LabVIEW software are introduced and a LabVIEW system used for ultrasonic inspection is achieved. The whole system includes continuous data acquisition in the mode of external trigger, real-time analysis, signal processing, waveform presentation in both time and frequency domains, and real-time data saving. Electronic gate is completed, in which some important information can be extracted and presented, and A/C scan functions are achieved according to the information. Some experiments are done to prove the feasibility of the whole system.

Abstract:A research on digital nuclear power measurement equipment is discussed in this paper. In the research, some mainstream microprocessor technologies are compared and an embedded PC microprocessor system based on PC/104 bus is selected as the equipment development platform, which makes the equipment have all advantages of compact structure, high reliability, convenient adjustment and short development cycle. A concept design on the nuclear power measurement equipment is covered in this paper, and a prototype of the equipment with all expected functions is developed.

Abstract:The paper described a Small Radio Monitoring System(SRMS) whose design is mainly based on software-defined radio and virtual instrument concept.It can process frequency analysis for spatical radio signal.Its hardware platform included three parts: cheaper acquisition module of PCI bus,communication receiver,and industrial control computer.The software uses NI LabVIEW 7.1 for full data acquisition,signal processing and TCP/UDP VI.The system can be integrated and constructed quickly.It shows great flexibility and excellent performance based upon the experiment result.

Abstract:A multichannel system was developed for vibration measurement and analysis based on LabVIEW, a popular workbench for virtual instruments to effectively make measurement and analysis using computers. An external data acquisition box was used to sample the data with internal and external triggering, A/D conversion and firstinfirstout (FIFO) storage. The sampled data was transferred from the data acquisition box to the computer through the enhanced parallel port (EPP). The LabVIEW system then processed the data and sent out necessary control signals. The results show that the developed system can provide funtions of vibration data sampling, storage, analysis and recall with high precision.

Abstract:In this paper the construction and performance of an intelligent environmental neutron and gamma monitoring system are described.The neutron monitor has high sensitivity, light weight and small size. A charge pump circuit is adopted for I-F converter of the gamma monitor. Local data acquisitor consists of CMOS single piece processor with high speed and low power dissipation. A FLEX microcomputer is used as remote centre computer for data handling and graph plotting. The system has been operating contionuously for more than one year with high stability and reliability.
