The Crowding-out of Technology and Human Capital in China' S Agriculture

Abstract:In this paper the “scale effect” of technooogy and human capital in the flow and agglomeration of agricultural factor is defined.Based on it,the cause,process,effect and result of the crowding-out of technology and human capital is studied.The “scale effect” means not only the flow and agglomeration of agricultural resource but also the accumulation and diffusion of intangible factor,technology and human resource.It is indicated that the development of education in rural areas and the enhancement of ppulation quality is the fundamental material condition of the development of agriculture and the system and regulation is the essential reason.
