Abstract:Based on the analysis that mosquito lid should meet the use function,shape of mosquito lid was designed in Pro / E. The entity model was manufactured by rapid prototyping machine to produce the ABS material sample. The injection mold of mosquito coils lid plastic was designed. The analysis of the plastic parts was optimized in Moldflow software. Using Moldflow software,the runner injection mold and cooling system were optimized and analyzed. Mold supporting structure strength was analyzed in the ANSYS software.The process using rapid prototyping technology and CAD / CAE technology to design product and injection mold was realized,reflecting the short development time and high precision.
