Abstract:The management for qualification documents of medical instruments is very important work to management department of medical instruments. Because the number of qualification documents of medical instruments is very large and they have an expiry date, it is difficult to manage them. This article discussed how to manage qualification documents of medical instruments, and an information management system that has a function of traceability management has been developed. This information management system standardizes management for qualification documents of medical instruments, and ensures that qualification documents of medical instruments are available and can be traced. Besides, it can reduce the amount of work for medical instruments management.

Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect and the problems of the comprehensive application of quality management tools in order to improve nursing quality and ensure patient safety.Methods To summarize the implementation of Plan,Do,Check,Action(PDCA),quality control circle(QCC),root cause analysis(RCA),healthcare failure mode and effect analysis(HFMEA) in the nursing quality improvement.Aiming at problems arising in application process,the measures such as systematic training of quality management knowledge,case demonstration,standardized evaluation throughout the whole process,holding competition activities,inviting experts to give immediate guidance were applied.Results Among 1 798 PDCA and QCC programs,the result of 1 795 programs reached the target value,3 substandard programs reached the expected outcome finally after cause analysis,procedure break down and adjust of improvement contents.No nursing error or adverse events occurred.The indicators of nursing quality improved and patient satisfaction was 98.58％,which got the third position among all national hospitals.Conclusions The comprehensive application of four quality management tools was helpful in enhancing the effect of nursing quality improvement.

Abstract:The present paper addresses the implications of proper comments on prescriptions based on practical experience. These implications include: first, safer, more effective and economical medical treatments; second, reinforced thoughts of evidence-based medicine and safe use of drugs; third,optimized varieties of drugs used in the hospital; and fourth, sustained improvement of quality of medical care. When implementing comments on proscriptions, attention should be given to the following aspects:a. retrospective or progressive reviews should be conducted on prescriptions on one day or a period oftime. Subjects can be prescriptions of one drug, one kind of drugs, one-disease-specific drugs, one medical record or a prescription by one physician. It should be noticed that comments on prescriptions are very important to education in use of drugs, especially those on controversial prescriptions or ones that pharmacists might consider as unjustified or having potential drug interractions, b. Criteria and process of comments should be rational and pcople-friendiy, c. Function of computers should also be emphasized for their indispensable assistance in commenting on prescriptions.

Abstract:TQM has been developed for several decades.However,there is a challenge for TQM in recent years,because many theories about quality were proposed such as ISO9000 quality management system,six sigma,business process re-engineering,etc.More modern manufacture technologies such as Concurrent Engineering and CIMS were widely used.The author believes that it is necessary to integrate those new theories about quality into TQM application system so that it is much more suitable to the modern manufacture environment.A framework of TQM application system for product life cycle was proposed and was analyzed and discussed in detail from the view of activity units,management manner,and process mode.

Abstract:With global digital transformation and higher education evolution, academic libraries are enhancing their information and knowledge management practices. This study responds to this trend by identifying quality management (QM) models discussed and implemented in Chinese academic libraries, as well as by examining the enablers and challenges associated with QM planning and implementation. A systematic review was executed adhering to the PRISMA guidelines to critically appraise the relevant literature from five international and Chinese scholarly databases. Out of 435 initial records, 52 studies were included based on the established inclusion criteria and quality assessment benchmarks. The results revealed that Chinese academic libraries were increasingly integrating international QM models, including ISO 9000, TQM, and EFQM. This integration was driven by six enablers: four external enablers, including the introduction of QM, government support, technological advancements, and quality assessment practices; and two internal enablers, including developmental needs and cultural emphasis on educational excellence. However, these libraries also encountered six challenges in this process: three external challenges, including rapid industrial evolution, deficiency in comprehensive evaluation indicators, and rigorous ISO audits; and three internal challenges, including resistance to change, insufficiency of motivation for improvement, and inequitable distribution of resources. The findings of the current research could deepen the theoretical understanding of the enablers and challenges of QM in academic libraries from both external and internal dimensions. These findings could also support library management, higher education institution leaders, and policymakers in developing sustainable QM strategies for libraries in China and other countries.

Abstract:Objective To combine the overall quality management system(ISO9001 standard) and standard of evaluation of hospital management, to explore the method of problem diagnosis and improvement of clinical nursing quality management, establish a scientific, practical, suitable for its diagnosis and improvement framework and provide the evidence for scientific strategic decision for nursing administration. Methods The standard of ISO9001 and Beijing hospital management evaluation standard (care) were compared and analyzed using Delphi method. The standard of ISO9001 standard and evaluation standards of nursing were integrated into framework, which were applied into clinical nursing quality management and process of improvement. Results Problem diagnosis and improvement framework were established, the main problems and improvement objectives were analyzed and diagnosed.Conclusions Application of nursing diagnosis and improvement framework of nursing quality management system is helpful to determine the key points of improvement of nursing quality management and promote the consistency between nursing quality management and the development of hospital management direction.

Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of ISO9000 quality management system,product project model was established based on ISO9000 standard documents for the design process of micro-motor product.The integration platform architecture and implementation approach were proposed for the processing and management of the ISO9000 documents,and the software systems used for the motor design were integrated effectively.Based on the requirements of a compressor-motor enterprise,the integration platform was developed.Results indicate that the efficient management and coordination of the project documents and resources are achieved,also the capabilities to design product and satisfy the customer are improved.

Abstract:Quality management system diagnosis and development processes were developed by comparing the content, architecture and characteristics of the ISO9000 standards and the Baldrige criteria. An ISO9001 and Baldrige integrated model was proposed for quality management system diagnosis and development. In this model, the quality management system can be evaluated by the Baldrige criteria to improve the system. Then, the quality improvement strategy can be disassembled and related to the ISO9001 requirements by correlating the ISO9001 requirements and the Baldrige criteria. Finally, the corresponding ISO9001 standards can be used to develop detailed action plans and measurements for quality improvement. This research provides an effective reference model and analysis method for quality management system diagnosis and development.

Abstract:This study proposes an innovative flow management system that includes product (product and logistics) and process (human, information and decision) flow management. We identify three levels of ISO 9000 implementation (basic, advanced and supportive) as enablers, and operational performance as the outcome. The model was tested using the data-set collected from 133 ISO 9001 certified manufacturing companies in Australia. The results show that advanced implementation is positively related to both product and process flow management; supportive implementation is only positively related to process flow management while basic implementation has no significant effect on either product or process flow management. The results also show that both product and process flow management are positively related to operational performance. This study provides managerial guidelines for companies that wish to improve their innovation capabilities through ISO 9000 implementation and flow management. It also contributes to the ISO 9000 and flow management literature.

Abstract:Purpose Through the standardized quality management of department, the medical quality is improved and the medical safety is ensured.Methods Through the analysis on present situation and existing problems of quality management of the department and the whole hospital, with the help of requirements of hospital evaluation standard at home and abroad for the quality management of hospital and department, the hospital’s quality management organization structure is built, the department’s quality management standards are formulated, and a standardized quality management operation mode of the department is set up.Results The standardization of quality and safety management of hospital and department is improved, and the conformity of the quality management of department is improved.Conclusion Through strengthening department’s quality management and continuous quality improvement, the hospital’s medical quality management level can be comprehensively improved.

Results A model of real time control of medical quality via element management, process management, and monitored control management was set up; methods of real time control of quality and expenses for disease entities in hospitals were defined; the effect of clinical paths on real time control of the quality of hospitalization was ascertained; and ways of real time control of the quality of medical records were determined. Conclusion Real time control of medical quality is a new, effective way of monitoring medical quality.
