Abstract:As one of the important quality engineering construction projects ,NPWDEC(national pro-gram of web-delivery for elaborate courses)act as an important platform for open and sharing of online resources based on the Internet .T he project has achieved remarkable results after 10 year of efforts . In this paper ,we take NPWDEC of the Medical Department of Forensic Medicine of Xi’anJiaotong U-niversity as an example to show how do NPWDE change Students’ learning mode ,in order to make sure the Active role NPWDEC play ,while point out the challenges and the countermeasures they are facing with .What is more ,point out the prospects for their future .
