Analysis of the adverse reaction of drug therapy and the quality of life about COPD patients in shanghai communities

Abstract:Objective To understand the adverse reaction of drug therapy,activity tolerance and quality of life about chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( COPD) patients in Shanghai communities. Methods Making the same protocol questionnaire according to COPD guideline in 2011. Results Spirometry was performed in 1024 cases,lung function indices were regarded as gold criteria of diagnosis of COPD. 112 cases( 10. 9%) were appeared drug adverse reactions in various types: inhalation of 12. 5%,oral 63. 4%,intravenous 24. 1%. 64 cases( 6. 3%) of COPD patients with active endurance training. 34 cases( 3. 3%) were full of satisfaction about the quality of life. Conclusion At present,the major route of drug administration was oral in Shanghai communities. Some COPD patients with drug therapy had adverse reactions,deficiency of endurance training,and less satisfaction about quality of life.
