Abstract:The main analytical techniques currently available for rapid detection of mycotoxins include enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and gold-labeled immunochromatography. The synthesis of artificial antigen and the nature of antibodies are the most critical factors in rapid immunological detection of mycotoxins. This paper rev iews the recent progress at home and abroad in the preparation/synthesis of artificial antigens of mycotoxins as hazardous contaminants of cereal and oil products. In addition, some existing problems and corresponding solutions are pointed out. This review will hopefully provide a theoretical basis for preparing artificial antigens of small molecule contaminants and develop the antibodies with high affinity and specificity.
