LGS Piezoelectric Crystal and Theory Investigation of It's SAW Properties

Abstract:The new piezoelectric crystal of LGS and it's characteristics are introduced simply in this paper, and the SAW properties of X -cuts, Y -cuts and Z -cuts of LGS are analyzed from theory, the results approved that LGS is a material with high electromechanical coupling factor and cuts of zero PFA and TCD. In addition, the correctness of the analytic theory was validated also, this provide a reliable basis for the further research of high temperature properties and optimal cuts of LGS.
