Abstract:Glomerular sclerosis is an important pathological basis of end-term kidney developing from nephropathy, and study on the pathogenesis and prevention and treatment for the disease is of important significance for delay of progression into end-term kidney. This article reviewed the research status in recent years all over the world on glomerular sclerosis and its prevention and treatment, and provided a treatment method using Chinese traditional medicine (CTM) and Chinese traditional medicinal herbs, and assessed its prospects of application in future.
