Abstract:Shajiabang town of Changshou City in Jiangsu Province,where the cultivation of rice and the breeding of ifsh flourish,is mainly in the Han nationality.The article,combined with the regional features of "township wetland", which is widely distributed in the network of rivers and waterways, explores the conservation of farming culture in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River,and it puts forward the strategy of conservation and restoration of wetland ecology. The planning of wetland town in Shajiabang, which can trace back the history, reifne the culture and excavate the essence, strives to harmonize the wetland conservation and the cultural conservation, and it makes the wetland industry characteristics significantly improved. The article focuses on "Planning of wetland town in Shajiabang" and "Industrial Development Contermeasures", through a series of current situation and case analysis, so as to realize the development of wetland industry and wetland ecological reconstruction.
