Abstract:We must solve some questions such as low-cost, high efficiency, flexibility, robustness of life and etc. about development and application on management information system in current time. The management information ontology triple, a 3-elements (business-table-predicate) set, can effectively describe the separation and filtration between business and functions, realize truly the management functions from abstract to subtle, while ensuring that complex business can be defined and guided-implemented on-line. Therefore, middleware technology and its needs guidance technology based on management information ontology can effectively reduce the time in the system requirements and analysis and design, shorten the phase in the database design and simplify the document written request, then improve the current software engineering methods. © 2012 Springer-Verlag GmbH.
