Abstract:Human resource is the key resource for high-technology companies,and compensation is the main incentive tool to gain human capital advantage. "The system is more important than technology",pay systems are most important for high-technology firms' survival and development.Based on these existing researches,a scientific and reasonable pay system according to the characteristics of high technology firms and their human capital is put forward.Pay systems in high technology firms must be arranged with a compensation level which is higher than or compares with the market pay level.The pay systema are competency-based,long-term incentives related employee benefit with firm profit,broad banding pay structural,total reward and competition mechanism.An empirical study about pay system effectiveness in high-technology firms is given,which offers data evidence.Finally some suggestions about pay system reform in high-technology firms are provided.

Abstract:This paper examines the relationship between the receipt of firm-provided training and the characteristics of workers, firms and match of firm-worker, and explores the impact of firm-provided training on wage level using data from recent survey. The result shows that firm-provided training investment is unequal considerably. Workers with high skill level and rank obtain plentiful human capital investment, but general workers located in manufacturing and technology sectors acquire less training resource. State-owned enterprises invest too much on workers' general training instead of firm-specific training, and foreign-owned enterprises are the other way round. Firms with dense technology and capital or rapid technology change pay more attention to workers' training than others with traditional dense labor. The study discovers that most of firm-provided general training affects wage level significantly yet. These results make for us to understand the turnover behavior of state owned enterprises' workers in labor market.

Abstract:At present, high-tech enterprises are mainly organizations engaged in the production, research, and development and service of high-tech products. The current development of high-tech industries in various countries in the world is of great significance to improving social productivity and overall national strength. This article mainly introduces the modeling and analysis of the complex system of human capital accumulation in high-tech enterprises based on big data. This paper proposes a theoretical analysis of corporate human capital data and proposes regression analysis and analytic hierarchy process to calculate and analyze the process of corporate human capital accumulation and collect and analyze the data using questionnaire surveys and other methods. In addition, complex systems were modeled based on big data, and a cloud computing-based human capital big data analysis platform was established. The experimental results show that complex system modeling based on big data has a positive impact on the human capital accumulation of high-tech enterprises. For high-tech companies at different stages of development, the relationship between various types of human capital and corporate performance is inconsistent with the market economy. In contrast, the current salary system of some high-tech companies still has many drawbacks. The cost of using human resources controlled by the wage system accounts for more than 24%.

Abstract:China is the country with the largest population in the world. It has abundant human resources, but it is very scarce in terms of human capital, which is lower than that of the most developed countries. The scarcity of human capital directly affects the enterprise growth. Human capital plays a key role in the operation and development of enterprises. Giving internal employees of businesses full credit for the value of their human capital may act as a powerful engine for their growth. Human capital indicates the market's demand for labor and the value that labor may provide to the economy, whereas human resources reflect the number and caliber of laborers in a nation. It has to do with how supply and demand on the market are changing. Investment in human resources produces human capital. This paper discussed an all-encompassing notion of human capital, as well as it's required conditions of transformation of human resources into human capital. It also emphasizes the integration of human capital within a dynamic multi-loop nexus of social capital, learning, and knowledge management. In addition, the characteristics of human capital management in modern enterprises and the feasibility of human resource transforming into human capital were also discussed. The transformation of human resources into human capital shows that labor has played its own role in the production system. The employee is not only an important condition for enterprise growth, but it can also promote the progress of science and technology and increase the efficiency of the productivity.

Abstract:In recent years, the importance of science and technology, as the first productive force, has been gradually highlighted. China pays great attention to high-tech enterprises and strongly supports them in fiscal and taxation policies to promote their development effectively. In responding to national policies, high-tech enterprises also continue to improve their efficiency, so the accounting and tax planning work of enterprises is mandatory. However, combined with the status quo of accounting and tax planning of high-tech enterprises, there is something to be improved in both aspects, which makes the enterprises' financial and taxation risks higher and is not conducive to their normal operation. Based on this, the article will focus on the accounting and tax planning of high-tech enterprises as the main object of research.

Abstract:The subject of the research is the peculiarities of assessing human capital assets as a constituent of intangible assets which allows increasing market value of the business entity. The objective of the article is to provide practical guidelines regarding the assessment of human capital assets on the basis of the theory of intangible assets. Methodology of the paper. The paper is conducted with the use of analytical and system approaches to research. Results of the paper. The work dwells primarily upon studying the peculiarities of the human capital assets as a specific intangible capital, also considering the methods of assessment of human capital, calculating the indicators of ‘life cycle’ costing (of the project) (LCC) and the cost of delayed decisions (CoD) with regard to the alternative cost theory, substantiating the selection of the model of cost accounting for human resources depending on the scope of authority and managerial responsibilities, as well as particularities of selecting the model for human resources cost accounting according to the classification of responsibility centers. The sphere of application of the findings: conducting further scientific research in relation to human capital assets of business entities under crisis conditions. Conclusions. Due to the specific nature of its activity, the business entity is capable of independently forming its accounting and assessment model for human capital assets and, henceforth, use it as a basis for building up strategies of enterprise development in crisis conditions. The prospect of further research lies in the investigation of human capital assets cost accounting of the enterprise with regard to the employee and enterprise life cycles; development of theoretical and methodological principles of corporate social responsibility reports in terms of human capital assets; improvements in the methodology of assessment of the personnel value (specifically, residual value and disposal value), etc.

Abstract:This study looks at panel data from Chinese A-share listed companies from 2011 to 2021 to see how internal control affects the relationship between digital transformation and enterprise value. It also looks at how human capital affects that relationship. The results show that digital transformation significantly contributes to enhancing enterprise value, with internal control playing a significant mediating role in this effect. However, the value creation effect of digital transformation varies among enterprises of different scales, ownership attributes, and industries. Further analysis demonstrates that human capital has a significant and positive moderating effect on the impact of digital transformation on enterprise value, indicating that enterprises with better human capital experience a more pronounced effect on enhancing enterprise value through digital transformation. These findings provide valuable managerial insights for enterprise decision-makers to utilize digital practices to enhance their competitiveness and achieve value creation.

Abstract:This paper tests the relationship between human capital and firm performance with the method of hierarchical regression analysis by taking China's listed companies as the samples with firm human capital, technological human capital, and top executive human capital as evaluating indicators. The results show that firm human capital, top executive human capital are significantly positively related to firm performance, whereas technological human capital is not so.

Abstract:Human capital is an important factor to influence the technological innovation for enterprises. Resorted to the evolutional theory of technological innovation system, the relationship between human capital structure and technological innovation for enterprises and the function of the theory to the practice of innovation are studied. Then, the mechanism of action of human capital structure on enterprises technology innovation is established. The Probit Model is established and analyzed based on the survey data of Manufacturing Industry in China in 2012 from the World Bank. The present situation of human capital structure and its application in technological innovation in manufacturing industry in China is reported. As revealed by the results from model analysis, the human capital structure is of great significance to influence the technological innovation for enterprises, and the impact of structure on the technological innovation is even greater than that of the human capital. However, the level of reasonable human capital structure for manufacturing enterprises in China is generally poor, and the function of structure to technological innovation is weak. Finally, the relevant suggestions about how to improve the rationality of human capital structure in enterprises are provided.

Abstract:A firm emerges from a market opportunity sought by an entrepreneur and is an organization to transform the market opportunity into the products and/or services that the customers need. The process of transformation involves many kinds of activities that cost both physical and human capital, so the entrepreneur must convince as many agents as possible to invest physical and/or human capital ( which is virtually the focus of this paper). The growth of a firm is a dynamic process, in which the entrepreneur continually seeks market opportunities that the participants of human capital ceaselessly transform into the products and/or services. A dilemma in this process that any entrepreneur must be faced with; The more investors of human capital, the more market value to be created on the basis of the market opportunity, and the more likelihood the market opportunity to be appropriated by the market participants. Thus, the internal hierarchy of a firm is arranged for both limiting ex post competition and promoting ex ante special investment of human capital.

Abstract:This research utilizes data from listed enterprises on the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges in China from 2011 to 2022 to explore how upgrading human capital affects the innovation efficiency of enterprises and investigates related heterogeneity. Through regression test, it investigates the effect of upgrading human capital on innovation efficiency and its mechanisms. The results show a positive relationship between human capital upgrading and enterprise innovation efficiency. Mechanism analysis suggests that human capital upgrading promotes enterprise digital transformation and risk-taking levels to enhance innovation efficiency. Furthermore, the impact of human capital upgrading on innovation efficiency shows significant heterogeneity across different industries and scales, providing valuable insights into effective human capital management within enterprises and enhancing their innovation efficiency.
