Abstract:Alzheimer disease pathogenesis is complicated,including Presenilin gene genetic mutation,abnormal over-phosphated Tau protein resulting in cytoskeleton changes,central nerve system neurotransmitter metabolism disorders such as acetylcholine decreasing,amyloid precursor protein metabolism disorder leading to senile plaque formation extracellular, intracellular calcium metabolism disorder,immune inflammation response,free radical damage hypothesis and neuron apoptosis leading to neuron loss and so on,as follows go into the details of Alzheimer disease pathogenesis of all kinds.
