BPR:Research on benchmark partners selecting

Abstract:In business process reengineering, benchmarking is a very useful tool and method. This paper studies the hybrid approach of selecting benchmark objects using qualitative and quantitative method. It presents a hybrid model of interactive DEA, including the ideas and three steps for calculating of the model. So it helps decision makers to adjust some parameters according to its possible conditions and goals, and to identify benchmark partners that may be helpful in uncovering ways for achieving the selected performance standards. Finally, an example is given.
