Abstract:Objective: To investigate the postoperative analgesic effects by Orthopedics ⅠFormula after spinal surgery and its improvement on physical function. Methods: From January 2013 to December 2013,97 cases of spinal diseases which accepted surgery treatment were divided into two groups depending on different methods of postoperative analgesia. The control group which had 49 patients was simply treated with sufentanil treatment and the treatment group which had48 patients added Orthopedics ⅠFormula. The VAS score, adverse events and changes in inflammatory factors in vivo were analyzed between the two groups at each time point. Results: The VAS scores of the two groups were all improved at24 h and 48 h after the surgery( P 0. 05),but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups at different time points( P 0. 05). However, the amount of pain medication in treatment group was less than that of the control group( P 0. 05). The number of nausea, dizziness and itching and other phenomena in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group( P 0. 05). Plasma IL-6 levels in the treatment group were all lower than those of the control group at the end of surgery and 24 h,48 h after the surgery( P 0. 05). Plasma IL-10 levels in the treatment group were all higher than that of the control group at 24 h and 48 h after the surgery( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Orthopedics ⅠFormula has better effect on the postoperative analgesia for spinal analgesia patients as well as a significant reduction in sufentanil adverse reactions after treatment and it can effectively regulate body inflammatory cytokine levels and improve the body's function. It is widely used in clinic.
