Abstract:Nowadays, the "Internet+" has become a new strategy of a new round of economic and social development in China. It is an integrated applicationof the internet technology, internet business model and the paradigm of thinking. From the management concept, organization form or from the point of operation mechanism, its influence on traditional industries will be comprehensive. Internet thinking emphasizes on user thinking, simple thinking, acme thinking, iteration thinking, traffic thinking, social thinking, big data thinking, platform thinking, crossover thinking, etc. They provide important methodologyfor revolution of university's education foundationmanagement.This article discussed the revolution strategies of platform upgrading, projectupgrading, marketingupgradingandgovernance structureupgrading of university's education foundation, in order toprovide certain enlightenment for Chinese university's education foundation revolution in the"Internet +" Era.
