Abstract:The biofunctions of soybean protein peptides were introduced in this paper and its application fields were also detailed The soybean protein peptides have high nutrition value and physiological active for its proper molecular weight and sepuence of amino acids Peptides can be absorbed and used more quickly than high molecular weight protein and low molecular amino acids by human body and animal Peptides can be transported directly through blood into organs of the body,joining metabolism and having many physiogical functions Otherwise,these peptides have excellent physical properties such as low viscosity dissolventing easily A good flowing with high concentration stable pH figure and so on Therefore,the application of soybean protein peptides will be enlarged gradually in various fields
