Abstract:Circular economy is a new idea and important means to promote sustainable development.Service Industry of China inrecent years has been growning very fast,thus environmental problem which came from service industry has turned into a new and serious topic.It is essential to guide service industry according to circular economy theory.It has been recognized that changing the traditional linear and throwaway economy into a sustainable economy would be necessary and helpful towarda sustainable society.The paper made use of circular economy theory,analyzed existing problem in service Industry,discussed demanding issue which should be reformed,illuminated guarentee sysyem to promote circular economy service industry through administration,law,economy,societyetc.,and besides,we proposed implementing method of lcircular economy service industyr.
