Abstract:Objective To detect tumor patients with peripheral venous puncture central venous catheter( PICC)before and after coagula-tion and platelet,study on vascular tumor patients PICC catheter. Methods We had done some retrospective study of the change of blood coagula-tion and blood platelets in 200 cancer patients who received chemotherapy by PICC and 2 course of chemotherapy from April 2012 to April 2014. Results There was no significant difference between catheter coagulation and platelet little change in the indicators before and after PICC( P >0. 05). Conclusion PICC has little influence to cancer patientsˊblood vessel function. Though some thrombosis had formed,but most of them can survive of catheter. So PICC is safe.
