Research on Integration Technology for Product Lifecycle Management System

Abstract:Product lifecycle management (PLM) is a uniform and integrated platform to support company operation. The integration of product data, the process and application are studied efficiently in this paper. Through constructing PDM platform, the nodes of BOM are applied to reengineer, restructure and extend, which forms the new structure-tree of data so as to realize the data-shared for the design, manufacture, sale, maintenance till callback throughout the whole PLM. On the basis of process integration, the paper adopts WBS to build the process modeling of system function, technology, action, organizing and resource aspects, and then complete the dynamic process management of interrelated systems. Finally, the uniform applied interface is presented to realize the integration of applied system between CAD, CAPP, ERP and PLM
