Abstract:People's understanding of modernization is gradually deepened and clear. Classical dissertation in sociology, economics and politics and various standards about modernization by scholars have classified and summarized the content and finally tried to approach it in light of the social transformation. According to the degree of the transformation, modernization involves industrialization, urbanization, openness, division of labor and equalization. Since the reform and opening-up, those at the surface levels develop dramatically while the deep levels develop less dramatically. This will help us keep active and cool in the progress of our modernization so as to be aggressive instead of rash impatience.
