Abstract:As a result of more than 20 years of rapid development due to China's economic reform and opening to the outside world, China's economic growth has entered a new important phase, which is not only a significant period full of opportunities of strategic importance to China's economic growth, but also a period at which all kinds of social and economic contradictions protrude. If we can seize these opportunities to overcome the difficulties ahead and to solve the problems arising in our economic growth to maintain speedy economic development, China's economic strength and comprehensive national power will reach a new stage, and people's living standard will attain a new level. To achieve these goals, we must, first of all, analyze the distinctions of China's present economic growth and structure, having a clear picture of the internal and external environments that the China's economic growth in the process of building a comprehensively comparatively-well-to-do society will be or probably will be in under the circumstance of globalization; then, on this basis, scientifically analyze the future of China's economic growth, and have clear cut ideas about the prerequisites and conditions to ensure the materialization of the bright perspective, in order to avoid the risks that may appear in China's economic growth.
