Abstract:Using TI’s TMS320VC5502 and wavelet analysis technology,the paper implements the analysis and cancellation processed of audio signals within the high noise,creates the program infrastructure of audio signal sampling and processing based on DMA data transfer,double buffer switched and interrupt response mechanism under the control of DSP/BIOS.To the question of wavelet frequency band threshold noise cancellation,interface configuration between DMA and peripheral equipments,using method of DSP memory and so on,the paper presents concrete resolvents,which gives an efficient illustration for the research of related problems in the field of digital signal processing.

Abstract:A new discrete multi-point active noise cancellation circuit was proposed based on existing noise active cancellation circuits.In this new cancellation circuit,an active amplifier was used to produce opposite-phased noise,which was output via several discrete cancellation points and added to the original substrate noise.In this way,substrate coupling noise was reduced by 50%,compared to previous noise cancellation circuit.

Abstract:This paper puts forward an effective way to suppress acoustic feedback based on TI ′ s TMS320C6713 and using frequency shift.It adopts the Codec chip TLV320AIC23 to capture and play back speech signal,which can connect with DSP seamlessly.Then completes real-time implementation on DSP based on simulating and suppressing screaming in Matlab ideally.The result is also evaluated subjectively and objectively.It turns out that it can suppress the interference of the regenerative reverberation,enhance the amplification gain greatly and improve frequency response characteristics and sound articulation obviously.

Abstract:DSP TMS320VC5502 and the sampling chip TLV320AIC23 are used to compose an acoustic signal denoising system,and the whole structure and software flow control structure of the system are analyzed.The program infrastructure of audio signal sampling and processing is built based on DMA data transfer,double buffer switched and interrupt response mechanism under the control of DSP/ BIOS.A wavelet frequency band threshold denoising method based on multi-resolution analysis is presented.Real-time simulator of wavelet denoising algorithm is completed based on TDS5502EVM board and TDS560 simulator,and then the analysis and cancellation processed of speech signal within the high noise is implemented.A speech signal with noises tests the validity of the system.

Abstract:We report in this paper a BiCMOS realization of the well-known noise canceling CMOS low noise amplifier first proposed in [1]. The ingenious design proposed in [1] features wonderful merits such as ultra-low noise, wideband and very good linearity. In order to achieve the noise cancelation point, a large amount of biasing current is needed in CMOS implementation. We design BiCMOS implementation of this famous noise canceling topology, which achieves significant biasing current reduction. Simulated in Tower Jazz 0.18μm SiGe technology, the designed wideband LNA operates up to 5.2GHz with 17.5dB gain and dissipates about 10mA current from a single 1.8V supply. The simulated IIP3 is +5dBm with a noise figure of less than 2.5dB when matched to 50Ω and the chip layout area is less than 0.3mm2 excluding pads.

Abstract:In this paper, a modified CMA-DDLMS equalization algorithm based on the automatic switch according to SNR is proposed This modified algorithm overcome the shortcoming of large residual error and preserves the fast convergence performance. The simulation results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm on HF QAM signal. The paper also gives the implementation procedure of the algorithm on TMS320C6711. © 2006 IEEE.

Abstract:Based on wavelet analysis and pattern recognition technologies, the paper investigated the feature analysis and de-noising processing of audio signals within the high noises. The programming framework of audio signal sampling and processing was constructed using TI's TMS320VC5502 microprocessor, TDS560 simulator and PC. To the questions of data transferring among the system, a solution was implemented based on DMA data transfer, double buffer switched and interrupt response mechanism under the control of DSP/BIOS. The different features between audio signals and noises were extracted by the wavelet frequency band threshold de-noising algorithm and pattern recognition technology. Other solutions to the questions of interface configuration between DMA and peripheral equipments, using method of DSP memory, etc. were presented respectively, which gives an efficient illustration for the research of related problems in the field of digital signal processing
A Novel Methodology to Cancel the Additive Colored Noise for Real-Time Communication Application

Abstract:An approach to the enhancement of speech signals corrupted by additive colored noise is proposed and the system architecture to implement the proposed idea in real-time communication is introduced in this paper. A combination of a bandpass FIR filtering technique with wiener filtering is used tu improve the SNR for speech signals. The average SNR improvement (between input and output SNR) is 22.48 dB. The additive noises are the sound from a turbo prop aircraft. The system, which shows excellent performance, is designed based on a 16 bits fixed point DSP (ADSP-2181) from Analog Devices. Experiment results demonstrate that the FIR filter leads to a significant gain in SNR. thus visibly improvement for the quality and the intelligibility of the speech.

Abstract:A noise reduction system with two channels is proposed. By using an adaptive algorithm, the desired signal in both channels will be synchronized, and thus the spectrum of the noise can be obtained. The experimental results show that the SNR (signal to noise ratio) can be improved by about 9dB (at 0 dB input SNR signal)after processing.

Abstract:A new acoustic echo cancellation method for noisy environment is proposed and a real-time system is built. Different from the conventional acoustic echo cancellers, the proposed has a novel structure and can remove the echo effectively at low SNR. In our system, the speech with stationary noise is processed in order to separate the echo from the noise before updating the adaptive filter which is used for echo cancellation. Robust speech detector is another crucial component in the system. A module called noise generator is used for the comfort and continuity of the speech in real applications. With efficient organization and combination, the system gets excellent performance and is evaluated by statistical experiments

Application of virtual technology in control domain is called virtual device. To verify the effect of the controller, on the basis of system model, the virtual device with approximate input-output characteristics is employed for the system's real-time simulation, achieving the aim of reducing on-spot debugging, enhancing controller's security and improving effect. Abstract:This paper presents a new method for removing from strong noise-corrupted speech. It combines adaptive cancellation algorithm with multi-band spectral subtraction algorithm and repetitive spectral subtraction algorithm. The simulation results show its excellent performance in background and music noise cancellation while keeping very low audible distortion.

Abstract:The design and implementation of a new speech recognition system based on private automatic branch exchange (PABX) is described. By use of a developing board of a digital signal processor (TMS320C31), a speaker independent continuous speech recognition system is implemented on WINDOW platform of PC. The system uses small functional words and digits that compose different commands of telephone exchange and produce language models of the recognition system. The system can make telephone exchange by speech commands over telephone channels. The recognition system uses an improved token passing Viterbi algorithm, which gets good recognition accurate. An rejecting recognition algorithm is developed. In the command speech the digital recognition accuracy is over 98% and the digital string (<4 character) is over 91% without rejection and over 95% with 10% rejection of utterances.

Abstract:The problem of Doppler frequency shift (DFS) correction is one of the most important problems in the digital mobile communications. This paper discusses the Doppler corrected demodulation algorithm proposed in [1], and modifies some parts of the algorithm in the aspect of the hardware implementation, for example, the bandwidth of the receiver front filter, the way of the DFS correction and the digital post-processing part, etc. The modified algorithm has been realized on the TMS320C50 developing board. The results of the hardware experiments and computer simulations have shown that our modified algorithm is both effective and available.

Abstract:In order to afford the reuse of DSP algorithm on different platforms, a DSP real-time implementation scheme of TI standard-compliant algorithm is presented. It defines a set of requirements for DSP algorithms. If followed, this standard allows the system integrators to quickly assemble production-quality systems from one or more such algorithms like that. Thus, this standard is intended to enable a rich COTS marketplace for DSP algorithm technology and to significantly reduce the time-to-market for new DSP-based products. A highly efficient standard-compliant implementation of G.723.1 on a 32-bit fixed-point TI's DSP chip, TMS320C6201 is presented to validate the feasibility of the scheme.
