Abstract:On the basis of discussing the meaning of core capacity of scientific research at universities and its characteristics, it has analyzed three key elements to compose core technology, capability of organization and management, and reputation of scientific research to the core capacity of scientific research at universities. It also has inquired into development ways to the core capacity of scientific research at universities. It has put forward emphatically establishing strategic measures on the core capacity of scientific research at universities.
