Abstract:With the increasing uncertainty of business environment,Virtual Enterprise(VE) has become an important strategy for the development of enterprises. Setting up a sound profit distributing mechanism is one of the key factors to ensure the success of VE. In this paper, the problem of profit distributing in VE is deeply studied,the model of profit distributing in VE is built,and the basic design principal of profit distributing mechanism in VE is presented.
