Abstract:The theoretical innovation is Marxist practical character. The process of theoretical innovation actually is the process of the integration of Marxist universal truth with societal practice. To guide our new practice with the development of Marxism, it is the most fundamental that we must plan our work as a whole and promote it with the important thought of the three rcpresentatives to guide the practice of building a well-off society in an all-round way.
