Abstract:The risk control and management of transportable pressure special equipment are closely related to public safety and social economic development.In order to meet requirements of the safe,efficient storage and transportation of new types of energy resources such as natural gas and hydrogen,energy-saving and environmental protection,transportable pressure special equipment trends toward extremity,lightweight and complication.There are series of scientific and technical problems,especially in terms of damage and failure modes identification,construction of new equipment such as lightweight equipment and super cryogenic insulation equipment,and dynamic risk monitoring,assessment,warning and emergency.The objective,scheme design,research contents,basic theory and key technology,technical route,expected results,desired economic and social benefits of the National Key R&D Program of China" Research on the Key Technologies of Risk Control and Management of Transportable Pressure Special Equipment" were introduced.
