Abstract:Taking 1~2℃ cold stress treatment to Avicennia marina and Aegiceras corniculatum detached leaf with different soil salinity from Jiulongjiang Estuary, leaf caloric values of two species gradually decreased with prolonged cold stress time and those with low soil salinity decreased more largely than those with high soil salinity. Leaf electrolyte leakages of two species took a rise during cold stress and that of Avicennia marina changed faster than that of Aegiceras corniculatum from same location. As for same species, leaf electrolyte leakage with high soil salinity increased more largely than that with low soil salinity. During cold stress, total water content of two species had little change, but free water content took a sharp fall, bound water content and the ratio of bound water content and free water content took a sharp rise. Reduction sugar, soluble sugar and starch content of two species gradually decreased and sucrose content gradually increased during cold stress. As for same species, free water content and bound water content with high soil salinity changed more largely than those with low soil salinity, but reduction sugar, sucrose, soluble sugar and starch content with low soil salinity changed more largely than those from high soil salinity.
