Research Progress in Farmer's Land Rights and Interests

Abstract:This paper elaborates on the research progress of farmer’s land rights and interests at home and abroad ,and it gives a comprehensive analysis of farmer’s land rights from six aspects ,including definition ,forms and reasons for interests damage ,research methods ,research perspectives and countermeasures .The research findings show that ,① in the academic community ,there has been no consensus about the definition of farmer land rights and interests .② From the aspects of the urban-rural dual land system ,land ownership stability ,local government behavior supervision ,land income distribution system ,the paper explores the forms ,causes and countermeasures of the damaged farmer land rights and interests .③ The normative analysis is adopted as the major research method ,and other methods ,such as econometric analysis ,case analysis and combination of qualitative and quantitative ,are also included .④ Major research perspectives are macro and micro economics ,and other disciplines ,such as law ,new institutional economics ,welfare economics and psychology ,are included .Finally ,the paper summarizes the existing research problems and discusses future research problems in the field of farmer’s land rights and interests .
