Abstract:According to Technical Specification of Steel Structure of Light-Weight Building with Gable Frame(CECS102∶2003),the design of seismic action on steel structure of light-weight buildings with gable frame is specified.In this paper,the calculation examples are used to argue the influence of seismic action on some steel structural models,it also gives the influence of wind load effect and makes a comparision.At last,the calculation method of seismic action and the details of seismic design will be given.
