Abstract:Objective To construct expression plasmid of human motilin receptor.Methods Human motilin receptor gene fragment including 658 bp was obtained by nest PCR amplification of human genomic DNA,cloned and identified by restrictive enzyme,semi-nest PCR and sequencing.Results Human motilin receptor was successfully cloned with correct open reading fragment.Conclusion Human motilin receptor fragment was cloned into the expression vector.
