Abstract:This paper makes use of the assumptions put forward by Simmel and Emerson, who is the representative of the theory of the society exchange. In this paper, the interactive relationship between China's government organization and non-governmental organization is deeply analyzed. The following views are concluded: The development of China's non-governmental, received benefit from the choice that was made by China central government with the background of the reform in both politics and economy. The government organization and non-governmental make evaluation on resources owned by the one another, and then choose the cooperation mode. At the first stage, there is right advantage in the relationship from government to non-governmental organization. But with the interactivity between government and non-governmental organization, and the civil' society's coming into being, the government and non-governmental organization will modify the resources' supply and demand, and finally come to a balanced state of interchange. Such tendency is shown in the rising in the efficiency of government's administrative, the ability to meet an emergency, the professional degree of non-governmental organization, and the integration degree.

Abstract:With the methods of documentary,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,taking Hangzhou as an example,urban community sports management system in Chinese economically developed areas is researched.The major problems existing in community sports management system are analyzed.Restriction factors and innovative factors of the urban community sports system reform are researched.On the basis of current sports system reform,according to the management system of our community and the relationship between the management departments of community sports and the practice of community sports activity,a new management mode for community sports is put forward,which consists of the strong government and big society.

Abstract:This thesis explained the necessary and reformation inevitability of administration management of our national urban community sports. It revealed the problems of lack of contact in management body, the different subjects being managed, the shortcomings of the social sports organizations being brought up by the government, the lack of laws for the function adjusted and administration management. It also put forward some reformation measures based on the setup and the correlation of institution in administration management, such as the management power being settled on the street district, strengthen the contact of management body, put in order the relation between the street and resident committee, put forward the socialization of sport and the change of sport industry, enhance community sport legal system construction . At the same time, it set eyes on the difficulties about the reformation.

Abstract:The management of sports venues has undergone a series of reforms since the People's Republic of China's establishment in 1949. The reform of management right is especially significant. It reflects the government–enterprise relationship and logic of government action. Utilizing the perspective of the government–enterprise relationship, this study systematically reviews the reform model for sports venues to incorporate Chinese characteristics. The aim of this study is to understand the relationship between the People's Republic of China's government and the market through the reforms implemented for the operation and management of sports venues. According to the study, the development and reform of sports venues in China has experienced government centralization, devolution, decentralization, and cooperation. The reform of sports venues' operation and management follows a “market-oriented government-led” model which reflects the government's logic. It is concluded that a “market-oriented government-led” model is essential for the promotion of comprehensive reforms for sports venues with Chinese characteristics.

Abstract:Football is among the world’s most popular sports. It is also one which China has sought to develop in the field of global professional sport. Nevertheless, the professionalization of football in China has not to date actually improved China’s Olympic achievement in the sport. In stark contrast to the glory of being the country that won most gold medals at the 2008 Olympics, China’s poor football performance has been troublesome for the country’s leader. In 2009, newly elected Xi Jin-Ping made a public statement about promoting elite football and expressed his personal hope that China would be capable of both qualifying for the final stages and winning the FIFA World Cup. With such concern on the part of the state leader, attention turned to football, with many private enterprises beginning to echo government policy by demonstrating a willingness to promote elite football. In addition, to accelerate football development, the Chinese Government promised to take action on the separation of government football associations. Research on this process was based on the theoretical framework of state corporatism derived from Schmitter’s work of 1974. Semi-structured interviews were conducted as the method of data collection aimed at helping us understand how Chinese Government either integrated or controlled relevant stakeholders such as NGOs and private enterprises, and further, to discuss the interactions between them.

Abstract:Harmonious symbiosis between national sports federations and the government is an important task and fundamental project to promote the modernization of sports governance. With literature and field research, the study explores the relationship between national sports federations and the government from the perspective of symbiosis theory, providing ideas to break through the bottleneck of monolithic government and sport association relationship and providing practical guidance for the formation of a mutually beneficial symbiosis. The study concludes that the key to the symbiotic development of the association and the government is to clarify the operation of the symbiosis at the levels of conceptual recognition, coordination and linkage, responsibility sharing, and constraints and checks and balances. Future recommendations: take the association’s constitution as the guideline and improve the corporate governance structure; promote the association’s return to the market and effectively realize self-enhancement; take the cultivation of composite talents as the bridge to strengthen symbiotic matching; optimize the construction of the membership team as the cornerstone to enhance symbiotic integration; enhance democratic participation and improve the association’s social credibility; establish a credit information platform and strengthen the association’s integrity construction, aiming to promote the decoupling reform. The aim is to provide theoretical support and basis for the smooth implementation of the decoupling reform, and to promote the association and the government towards "mutual symbiosis".

Abstract:This study explores the evolution of government leadership and its impact on the commercialization strategies of the Beijing Curling Association (BCA) in the context of China's streamlining administration and decentralization efforts. Utilizing internal governance theory, resource dependence theory, and public service chain theory, we analyze the current status and challenges faced by the Beijing Curling Association. Our research employs a comprehensive methodology, including literature review, field investigations, and expert interviews. The findings highlight the critical importance of innovative governance, robust organizational management structures, enhanced member engagement, and effective public relations in advancing sports commercialization. This study provides valuable insights into how government reforms can foster the development of sports organizations and their commercial ventures.

Abstract:Foreign athletes are a common phenomenon in all kinds of leagues around the world. It not only contributes effectively to the improvement in performance but also leads to an active football market. But in the Chinese soccer league, a low-level soccer league, how to utilize these international super players to improve the skills and tactics of local players is significant to change the current situation in the Chinese soccer environment. This research could be conducted through observation, SWOT analysis, and literature review methods to analyze how international players drive the development of local players and improve the development of Chinese soccer. The result shows that to improve the youth football training system, the CFA should make thorough policies or rules, expand the number of teams, improve the management system of football agents and clubs should establish a sound system for the management and introduction of foreign players.

Abstract:The concept of depoliticisation has become increasingly popular in Western governance studies. However, empirical analysis of depoliticisation processes in non-democratic political regimes is less prevalent. This article addresses this gap through an examination of China's recent efforts to depoliticise the sport sector, using football as a trial. Documentary analysis and semi-structured interviews were adopted for data collection. Specifically, we delineated the principles adopted, activities occurred, and tools used for football depoliticisation at three political levels (macro, meso and micro), highlighting the inconsistencies between the desired outcomes and strategies for depoliticisation. We reveal that the depoliticisation of Chinese football is a convoluted and incremental process and various depoliticisation strategies were used in an attempt to reform the football governance system. A nexus between depoliticisation and (re)politicisation constantly emerged due to factors such as historic path dependency and the lack of determination of the government to fully relinquish control.

Abstract:The paper proposes that the governance of the Chinese football industry since 1994 can be best described as having undergone three stages of development: a primary stage (1994–2003) in which the early form of a Chinese football industry was established; a stage of development challenges (2004–2012) in which the Chinese football industry faced a slowdown of growth and challenges of governance failure and a decline in market appeal; and a revitalized development stage (from 2013 to 2019) in which the Chinese football industry gave signs of strong recovery. After more than two decades of development, China's football industry has become more economically independent of government, though the industry still faces a series of problems and dilemmas. These problems include a poor management system; the on-going financial deficits of its football clubs; inadequate market expansion; the football bubble economy phenomenon; and the absence of a brand culture for the football clubs. All of these factors continue to restrict the healthy development of the governance of China's football industry. However, escalating reform in the industry and the increasing importance attached to it by the Chinese Central Government suggests improved prospects for the industry.
The Moderating Role of Sociability and Social Connection for the Relationship between Soccer Participation and Teamwork Ability among Chinese College Students

Abstract:In order to provide empirical evidence for soccer's promotion of teamwork ability and to examine whether sociability and social connection have an effect on this promotion, we explored the relationship between soccer participation (volume, duration), teamwork ability and sociability and social connection (SSC). Using the method of stratified sampling, a questionnaire survey was carried out in four universities in Shanghai. All the respondents are undergraduate students, which include the specially recruited soccer athletes and the soccer participants from ordinary college students. The findings from this study indicate that participating in soccer can positively predict the teamwork ability of college students, and SSC can negatively moderate the effect of soccer participation on teamwork ability. The effect of soccer participation on teamwork ability was different in the collegiate soccer athletes and collegiate soccer participants groups. An important value of soccer, which is often overlooked, is the help it provides college students, who have insufficient sociability and social connections, in better integrating into the team and in improving their teamwork ability. We highly recommend that college students participate in soccer to improve their teamwork skills in study and work and to better prepare for their careers.
