Minimal Invasicve Cholecystectomy under Direct Vision

Abstract:Objective To stress the necessity of direct vision minimal invasive cholecystectomy by cadaver anatomy and clinical study of small incision of cholecystectomy.Methods 204 patients with minilaparotomy cholestectomy were used to the study through autopsy and clinical comparative method.Results Gallbladder of human body has triangular recess.We selected sites for the incision of direct vision minimal invasive cholecystectomy were as follows:2cm under the right 6～8 rib edge,(3 0±0 5cm) above the middle point of navel and the junction of xiphoid with gladiolus,1cm distant from median line,the oblique incision 3～6cm in length through the outside of right rectus abdominis.There were less hemorrhage than that of open cholecystectomy(OC)(P0 05).It was save time for post-operative convalescence(P0 05).As compared with OC,there was not obviously difference in complication.Conclusion It has following advantage:extensive indication,slight trauma,rapid convalescence,safety,effectiveness etc,so worthy to be popularized.
