Abstract:In this paper,the research of nano-materials( carbon naotube and graphene) based passive components and antennas are presented,which are designed to work mainly in high frequency range,especially in THz range. Firstly,the research about nano-materials based inductor and capacitor are introduced. Then,a review of nano-materials based resonator and filter is given. And then,the research progress of nano- materials based THz antenna is presented. In the last section,our research work in this field is introduced. In this paper,the advantages of nano-materials in THz regime application are also estimated,and the trend of future research is also analyized.
