Abstract:In the paper, Under the background of Mass Customiza tion being the mainstream production mode, the research status about the reconfigurable automation manufacturing equipment has been stud ied, the problem in the equipment manufacturing industry has been analyzed. The idea of developing the reconfigurable automation manufac turing equipment facing Mass Customization is put forward, which in cludes: the research of the developing strategy and design methodology for the reconfigurable automation manufacturing equipment facing Mass Customization,the research of opening numerical control, the research of the reconfigurable machine tool and recofigurable manufacturing sys tem facing Mass Customization
